We are born with perfect awareness. A child’s body is self-sufficient and free. It moves according to itself and fulfils each of its needs. Body has freedom when the mind is fresh and no memories and thoughts collect. The heart of children is wide open, they see everything in its original form. Children are connected to the whole universe, they perceive more than you and me.
Gradually their awareness fades, as they adjust to the rules of society.
Awareness is a state of the entire beingness, of the connection within. Awareness creates space. In space you can be yourself, can spirituality develop and have freedom to perceive true forms. In awareness no idea is there that will dim your vision and bend the truth. Awareness gives clarity and the possibility to notice whatever you feel inside, whatever is really going on.
Awareness gives eternal freedom. In awareness no thought exists, no memories or beliefs. In awareness only you are there, no one else. We are aware, when body sits still, when thoughts disappear and nobody remains.
Only when the perception of self as a person, as an entity, disappears, can full awareness start. Awareness is the state of the universe and it will connect you to the source. Through this connection you will be able to live.
When somebody is truly free from all, then only one remains: all.
The practice of awareness is key to solve any problem and disturbance you have. Awareness is like a brush scrubbing and cleaning you from inside out, until only shiny exists.
Focussing on your breathing while sitting still is the best technique to enter into an aware state and free yourself from the boundaries society creates.
