…It’s up to you to decide which side you want to see.
There are always both sides. You have the choice of what you want to focus on. Inner alignment plays a major role in this. Where is your focus? Do you try to find blame everywhere or do you manage to see life as such and take your development opportunities, broaden your perspective and recognise the bigger picture?
Nothing is bad, everything offers opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Life is a magical affair. It helps you without you realising it, you even refuse to accept it because you don’t see the wider picture.
Life wants to live
Living means to experience, to consciously perceive yourself and to question things. Maintaining and defending old habits for years is stagnation and not life. Life develops anew every day, everything is possible, everything is there. Look at every single situation that causes you trouble and remember the essence of life. Ask yourself what opportunity it has to offer you.
Illness
Illness allows you to retreat from everyday life. It allows you to rest. It gives you the opportunity to spend time alone with yourself and get enough sleep. Your body regenerates (also by eating less). Rest gives you strength. The body rebuilds itself and other things can be perceived. During illness, developmental steps are always taking place.
In everyday life, you allow yourself far too little time for yourself, which is now taken care of by the illness. And it doesn’t allow you to protest. It is only for the good.
Minor illnesses save you from major illnesses if you take the time to heal yourself, listen to your body and let it do its thing.
Illness is a sign that something is physically or mentally out of order. It can inspire you to look at and rethink your lifestyle and take courage to try something new. Because that’s what you are here for, to explore, to gain experience, to discover what life brings you and what you can achieve with it. Not in an economic sense, but for your self-discovery, self-awareness and holistic development.
Blindness of the eyes
Blindness is an opportunity to see with the inner eye, to strengthen your intuition and to perceive people as a whole and feel their energy. If you first use your eyes to perceive other people or a situation, a lot of judgement happens. This blocks a large part of your deeper and holistic perception.
It could be an exciting experiment to blindfold yourself before you meet a person – who you haven’t seen for a while or don’t know – and observe which senses are now working more strongly and what other inner perceptions take place. If you aren’t influenced by your eyes, you can perceive the other person’s energy without preconceptions. This is an opportunity to strengthen your intuition and rely more on it instead of using old ideas and experiences.
When we meditate, we also close our eyes and focus on other senses. We listen inwards, feel our inner perception, our heart.
